Thank you so very much for the excellent work you did for us on our office building located at 19 Nelson Avenue, Oroville. You and your family did an excellent job repairing broken pieces of siding, replacing molding, doing a fine caulking job on a very leaky old building. Your preparation work of all the surfaces for painting was top notch and went far beyond what we had any right to expect. Your painting work was terrific, much more than we had hoped for.

My partners and I are more than happy with the professional image you have given our old building. You have our unreserved permission to use our names and photographs of our buildings as references for your business. Please feel free to have prospective customers call me.

Thank you for always doing a little more than was necessary or even expected. When you have the time I want you to paint my house in Paradise.

I should also mention that we had some broken windows in the building and you volunteered to take care of that problem for us, too, saving us the problem of finding someone else to get the work done. I should also say that you started the job promptly and worked very long hours continuously all the way through weekends getting the work done for us just as fast as was humanly possible.
